THE BAND CONCEPT

Evolution is a natural event that happens to every matter in the universe.

As such Point 6 is not segregate to this outcome; on the contrary it welcome and support the realm in which we navigate and looks forward to enhance our experience and the pleasure of our fans.

In 2002 Point 6 was founded by its Drummer Rafael Avendano and modestly started as a Santana Tribute Band and evolved into a powerhouse of multitalented and experienced Musicians from the Tampa Bay Area and broaden its musical approach to offer a wide variety of musical styles; From Latin Rock to Classical/Contemporary Flamenco; From Traditional Afro Cuban Rhythms to Latin Jazz; from R&B to Pop, all genre’s played with high energy, passion and professionalism.

Further we also offer our high quality show to Corporate, Weddings, Festivals, as well as any venue in the Tampa Bay Area, as Trio, Quartet and Sextet to meet your specific needs for entertainment and will incorporate, in the near future,  classes of  Salsa/ Meringue , complementary to our performances 

Point 6 looks forward to continue to fulfill the requirements and demands for high quality entertainment as well as to provide fun, satisfaction and enjoyable presentations.
